GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To participate in any Swivel Skills training program, you must first read and agree to the stated terms and conditions. Please review our terms of services before progressing with payment and access to our platform.

OPEN ACCESS COMMITMENT

We are committed to making knowledge accessible. Payments for our programs help us make more content and enable us to deliver more free resources and tools to a broader community.

Swivel Skills is a paid service, however we offer free and subsidized places to associated learning content though our sister initiative UnSchool. If you can’t afford to access our corporate training program through Swivel Skills, please check out our equity access programs at the UnSchool.

We are committed to deliver a higher quality learning experience in the most accessible way possible. All our courses have closed caption text, and we are developing multiple language options on our roadmap to ensure that the global community can access our content.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments are due in full upfront before access is granted to any Swivel Skills program or the platform. You can sign up as an individual, or you can be added as a member through your company. Either way, all access requires pre-payment and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Terms and Conditions outlined below.

We understand that unexpected things can arise from time to time and a cancellation may have to occur. For our in-person and live online programs only, we offer refunds that are designed to accommodate your needs with consideration to the feasibility of rebooking your spot and potential loss to program revenue.
